Sustainability Initiatives: Community Training Programmes

Off Grid Solar PV Systems (SPVS). This training programme, in addition to transferring knowledge on SPVSs, will empower individuals, businesses and communities to adopt informed energy conscious mindsets and to engage in energy conservation practices. The programme is designed to include participants 18 years and older and will provide them with an understanding of the basic principles of SPVS and considerations for off-grid installation and maintenance. Participants will be encouraged to share the knowledge that they have gained by becoming involved in SPVS projects that benefit their communities.
