Mr. Hans-Erich Schulz has over twenty (20) years of senior management and project management experience in a range of industries including mining, manufacturing, transportation, technical services and sustainable development in both the public and
private sector. His experience in strategic planning and implementation, operations and change management enabled enhanced efficiency and improved performance at the organisations which he has managed.
He has also managed climate change projects with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) including the Low Emission Capacity Building (LECB)
Programme and Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) Support Programme for Trinidad and Tobago.
Mr. Schulz holds MSc. degrees in Chemistry and Environmental Management, as well as an MBA in Marketing Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Mr. Meghnath Gosein

Meghnath Gosein is a graduate of the Heriot-Watt University with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He holds a Master of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics and Bachelor of Science
Degree in Agriculture, both from the University of the West Indies.
He has extensive experience working with small and medium sized enterprises through his work at Republic Bank Limited, the Agricultural Development Bank and the Caribbean Industrial Research Institute. He now heads the Business Services Unit at
CARIRI. He has also lectured (part-time) at the University of the West Indies and the University of Suriname in addition to facilitate several programmes in Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean.
Meghnath brings to the fore over 25 years of experience assisting with the start-up of new businesses and expansion of existing operations.
