Calibration and Maintenance Services

The Caribbean Industrial Research Institute’s (CARIRI’s) Calibration and Maintenance Services (CAMS) Laboratory is the first ISO 17025:2005 accredited calibration laboratory in the Caribbean, and boasts the most updated calibration capabilities to meet the demands of local and regional businesses.

The Calibration Team at CARIRI comprises of trained members with experience in the calibration field with disciplines in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, and industry.

As an ISO/ IEC 17025:2005 laboratory and an ISO 9001:2015 company our team has vast experience and a working knowledge of quality, auditing and what it means to our customers. This allows us to provide consultancy and services on par with international standards and requirements, giving our customers a competitive advantage in their respective fields.

Measurement traceability is guaranteed with every calibration certificate. Our primary and reference standards are regularly verified by the US Government’s National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), as well as other calibration laboratories in the UK and the US accredited by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) or the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
