Food Safety and You – CARIRI in the Community (Arima Edition)

CARIRI in the Community held its second session in Arima on food safety, covering Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality Control. The initiative, led by the Hon. Minister of Planning and Development and the CEO of CARIRI, aims to expand citizens’ knowledge base on various services provided by CARIRI, such as Food Safety, Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, and Information Communication Technology. CARIRI’s Food Technology Department facilitated the event, working on product and process development, food safety management systems, and standardisation.
