CARIRI has developed a special expertise in designing and building small scale processing equipment for the food industry.

We have worked closely with small agro-processors for more than 30 years and we understand their needs. Our practical, economical and well-designed products are serving enterprises throughout the Caribbean.

CARIRI’s Multi-Purpose Grater is used for a range of produce including pumpkins, coconuts and cassava. It is made of durable, stainless steel, designed for easy cleaning and has a capacity of 200 pounds per hour depending on the product.

Our stainless steel Multi-Purpose Pulper can separate pulp, seeds and juice from fruits such as oranges, mangoes, carambola and West Indian cherries. It has a capacity of 2,000 lbs per hour and comes with several sieves so that a variety of fruits can be processed.

CARIRI has also designed and built a Food Press and Drying Oven and Fillers.
