Recruited from the private sector, Kamral Mohammed is a Civil Engineer registered with the Board of Engineering of Trinidad and Tobago who brings engineering excellence and more than 15 years of industry experience to his leadership role at CARIRI. He has worked with leading engineering companies such as Trintoplan Consultants Ltd and Damus Ltd, been the Site Engineer on projects such as the construction of Phoenix Park Gas Processors plant, and worked with the Ministry of Works as Engineer-Labour Intensive Development Programme. With this experience, a BSc in Civil Engineering, and an MSc in Construction Management and Engineering, Mohammed has been the guiding hand that has developed the Industrial Materials Unit into an effective, problem-solving partner to industry.
